We are a volunteer-based organisation and always looking for volunteers to fill various roles. You may provide face to face and telephone advice to clients or ‘back office’ support such as administration, office management oversee good governance and strategy as a trustee.
We would also love to hear from you if you have an IT background and can help with IT support or have comms/marketing or fundraising skills. In return for your time, you will receive comprehensive training, work in a friendly and supportive team environment and get job satisfaction knowing you are making a real difference for our community.
For all roles you need to have IT competence, good communication skills and a commitment to equality and diversity. For more specialist roles such as advisor and trustee we ask that you have an ability to process and interpret complex information. No previous experience in giving advice is necessary but if you do have a background in particular areas such as housing, employment and debt we would love to hear from you.
